BhashaAngon sells language learning courses and related learning services in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Because courses involve seat allocation, trainer time and learning materials, refund requests are reviewed according to the course status and timing of the request.
If you request help before your batch begins, BhashaAngon may offer a schedule change, course transfer, credit for another course, or refund review depending on seat availability and payment status.
Once classes, learning materials, trainer support or course access have started, refunds may be limited or unavailable because resources have already been allocated for the learner.
Missing a class does not automatically qualify for a refund. Learners should follow the class schedule and communicate early if there is a timing issue.
If BhashaAngon cancels a course or cannot provide the selected batch, we may offer a new schedule, alternative course, course credit or refund review.
Materials, notes, worksheets or digital resources already provided to a learner are not returnable as physical goods. Access to materials may be limited to enrolled learners only.

If a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment method, payment gateway and bank/mobile financial service rules in Bangladesh.
